I saw this recipe on Rachael Ray's show. It's flank steak (although I used whatever was on sale) pounded thin, spread with spinach, topped with gorgonzola (although I couldn't find any this time so I used blue cheese and sharp cheddar), and then you roll it up. Oh, I used a montreal steak spice, too. I love my grill pan!
